Always read the label, patch test before first use, and stop use if irritation occurs. Product images on this site are illustrative and actual packaging may vary.
An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may refuse or cancel orders, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; in that case any amount paid will be refunded. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or events outside our control. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Please make sure your delivery details are accurate.
For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded; contact us with your order number and a photo within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
